On this page I will add news, book signings and any literary festivals I'm attending or involved with.
April 2013 - Faerie Forest, my first non-fiction book, is published.
March 2013 - My article on 'Fjord Fashion' - the fashions and trends of Nordic Noir, is published in the new Nordic Noir Magazine. An online version of the magazine can be read here.
February 2013 - Work begins on editing my first non-fiction book.
December 2012 - Article published in Scan Magazine.
November 2012 - Working on my first non-fiction book.
October 2012 - Attended the fantastic Avalon Faery Fayre. Serpent's Mound received an excellent review in Indie Shaman, plus the magazine featured my article on Brighid as both Saint and Goddess alongside the beautiful Brighid image by Esther Remmington Fantasy Art.
June 2012 - Serpent's Mound released as paperback. Kindle edition to follow later in the year. Really hoping readers will love Serpent's Mound. Arranging dates over the summer for book signings and events, more details to follow.
May and June 2012 - Gearing up for the release of Serpent's Mound.
March 2012 - Expanding my website and generally tinkering with a few projects.
February 2012 - More editing of Serpent's Mound. Working on some great new articles for Mermaids and Mythology Magazine.
January 2012 - Finalised the beautiful cover for Serpent's Mound. Worked on a very interesting new article for FAE Magazine. Wondering what 2012 has in store for me.
October/November 2011 - Editing Serpent's Mound. Attended the Fae-bulous Avalon Faery Fayre.
September 2011 - Announced that my second novel, Serpent's Mound will be released in Summer 2012. Work begins on the cover design.
April 2011 - At Viva la Diva in Swindon.
March 2011 - I was part of the prestigious Essex Book Festival. Also will be at the wonderful Avalon Faery Fayre in Glastonbury.
February 2011 - Delighted to announce that my first Oracle, the Brighid Oracle, will be published next year by the Tarot Media Company. For more details check out the press release.
January 2011 - Second edition of Celtic Maidens now out. Also interviewed on BBC Radio Suffolk about my Spiritual Path.
December 2010 - My work and I will be showcased as part of the prestigious Essex Book Festival in March 2011. Tickets available now from the EBF site or from the Mercury Theatre
November 2010 - A beautiful review of Celtic Maidens on the fabulous Fae Nation. Lovely review of Celtic Maidens, plus my article on Brighid at Yule in Four Winds Magazine. Welcomed as a features writer for the wonderful FAE Magazine. I am hugely honoured and very excited to join the FAE team.
October 2010 - Book signing at Norwich Waterstones (Castle Street). 18th October I was the Sofa Guest on the Lesley Dolphin Show on BBC Radio Suffolk, discussing my book and my Druidry. Celtic Maidens given a 5* reader recommends review in Spirit & Destiny
September 2010 - Book signing at the Grail Gallery, Glastonbury on Sept 4th. Guest Speaker at Brighton and Hove Faerie Event 25/26th. Celtic Maidens got a fabulous review in the Autumn edition of Pentacle Magazine.
August 2010 - Celtic Maidens out. I am honoured that my article 'Glimering Glamour' on a particular Nordic Faerie, the Sølvmora (Silver Mother) is in this quarter's edition of FAE Magazine. Getting great feedback on the article as well as my book. Celtic Maidens listed as eligible for the 2011 Wales Book of the Year Award, even to be listed is a huge honour. Also invited to speak at the wonderful Dark Sky Moot and the Pooka's Pageant.
July 2010 - Gearing up for the release of Celtic Maidens.
June 2010 - The cover is finalised and I love it, the artwork is beautiful and very atmospheric. My feature on Air Elementals is published in Soul & Spirit Magazine. The tyepset is completed. So, all that done, the publication date of Celtic Maidens is brought forward to Aug 2nd.
May 2010 - The cover is going back and forth for tweaking. The image is just stunning! Asked to do my first book talk, which was an incredible success, even though the book is not out yet.
April 2010 - The 2nd edit of my novel, Celtic Maidens has just arrived in my inbox. I now have a lot of reading/re-reading and thinking to do. It's a stage closer to publication. Also the artist has started to work on the cover.
February 2010 - Have just had the first edit back, so am reading through it making changes as needed.
December 2009 - Celtic Maidens has been assigned an ISBN. Work begins on designing the cover and editing the text.
November 2009 - I've found a publisher for my first novel, Celtic Maidens. Work also begins on my second novel.
